18 ft Interactive Video Wall at Hartford HealthCare
The Ecosystem Wall is aptly named as it presents users with a comprehensive and dimensional view of Hartford HealthCare's 5-core focus areas—and the multitude of interconnected programs that support HHC's vast health care enterprise. Graphics and text undulate within the white space, reinforcing the notion that the HHC Ecosystem remains fluid and agile within the evolving health care landscape.
Infrared touchscreen technology turns a span of eight vertically mounted 55" monitors into a 18-foot wide interactive display that accommodates multiple users at the same time. Touching any of the core focus areas (planets) provides an exploded view of the programs and services (satellites) that are within that area of focus. All focus areas are connected visually, and each reacts to the movements of elements to its left and right, across the experience.
The video wall is wi-fi enabled and has built-in PC accessibility so the display can be used for presentations and white board exercises.
