In 2012, Elim Park announced the eagerly-awaited Oasis project. Oasis is a $5 million expansion of the Elim Park fine dining experience. Developed in partnership with Elim Park residents and Sodexo, a leader in culinary services, Oasis adds casual dining options with the addition of the new Elim Park Baking Company Café Bakery, the Spring House Bistro, an Italian and American style restaurant with a casual atmosphere, and The Conservatory, a fine dining experience.

In 2016, Quast Media produced several videos during a multi-day production shoot that included a crew with director, director of photography, lighting director, sound engineer and production assistants. Several camera techniques were used including drone videography and camera stabilization systems.
